National Guard Military Operations and Maintenance Projects Issue: Military lacks internal controls that would allow it to prevent and/or detect instances when personnel costs are being inappropriately charged to this federal program.
Department's Assertion: Military concurs and has developed a semiannual certification process in which supervisors will certify the duties of those employees that work solely on a single federal award or cost objective. The certification form will be distributed to those supervisors by August 31, 2010, for implementation with the September 2010 payroll.		 2007-08
