All AIDS Drug Assistant Program (ADAP) enrollment workers must attend initial (live participation) and annual refresher eligibility training (webinar) and receive certification in order to conduct ADAP enrollment. Identification numbers are assigned to each individual, annual training dates/certification are linked to that identification number and maintained/monitored by the ADAP pharmacy benefits management service provider.	242
