DVOP (Disabled Veterans' Outreach Program) Our review of SF-269A reports EDD submitted to Federal Labor revealed errors in calculating indirect costs for the Disabled Veterans’ Outreach Program and the Local Veterans’ Employment Representative program. In addition, EDD has no written procedures for completing the SF-269A report, and verifying the indirect cost calculations before submitting it to Federal Labor was not part of the regular management review of the SF-269A. 2006-07
