This process should include evaluating the trends in retirements for leadership and technical positions.
Cal OES has developed a process to measure and evaluate its workforce and succession planning activities. This process will include quarterly monitoring and progress updates for each initiative and will measure the department-wide effectiveness of our workforce and succession planning practices.
