To make certain that it procures only maintenance services allowed in the State’s master agreement with Visara, Public Health should either make appropriate changes to its current Visara contract or have General Services and Visara make appropriate changes to Visara’s master agreement.
Public Health processed an August 2009 amendment to remove noncovered printers from its Visara contract and, after working with General Services to add these printers to its Visara master agreement, executed a January 2010 amendment to add these printers back into its Visara contract. †Response Type refers to the interval in which the auditee is providing the State Auditor with their status in implementing recommendations made in an audit report. Auditees must submit a response regarding their progress in implementing recommendations from our reports at three intervals from the release of the report: 60 days, six months, and one year or subsequent to one year.
