Requesting a Report in an Alternative Format
The reports published by the Bureau of State Audits may be requested in alternative formats for an individual with a disability. There are several alternative formats available including Braille, audio, large print, and text-only. Although the Bureau of State Audits considers all requests to be a top priority, some formats take longer than others to obtain. If you would like to request a report in an alternative format online, please indicate the report number (or the year and title of the audit), and the address you would like the report mailed to.
