Request for Proposal for Statewide Federal Compliance Audits
BSA is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide auditing services as described in the Request for Proposal (RFP) No. 08-01.
The purpose of this RFP is to solicit bids to audit selected federal programs (as detailed in Attachment A of the RFP) as part of the federal compliance component of the California statewide single audit conducted pursuant to the Single Audit Act of 1984 (P.L. 98-502) and Single Audit Act Amendments of 1996 (P.L. 104-156). Contingent upon successful negotiation of a contract, the contractor selected will audit all the federal programs listed in Attachment A of the RFP for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2009, and, at the State Auditor's option, the fiscal years ending June 30, 2010 and June 30, 2011.
Bids must be submitted on or before 9:00 AM, June 2, 2008.
